1. Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of Sampatti services (the "Services") and access to the Sampatti platform (the "Platform") by the user ("User"). By using the Services or accessing the Platform, the User agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Our Mission

Sampatti operates as an Open Governance AI for Financial Inclusion. Our platform enables users to participate in building financial products that serve everyone. We believe in prosperity for all through accessible financial tools and services.

3. Subscription & Fees

The User may be required to pay subscription fees as determined by Sampatti. Fees will be communicated clearly before any charges are made.

• Payment information must be kept up to date
• In case of cancellation, refunds are proportional to the subscription period remaining
• We will notify you of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance

4. Access to Services

Upon registration, Users will have access to the Platform and Services. The User acknowledges that:

• Access to Services is subject to availability
• Sampatti may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or operational reasons
• Features and services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at Sampatti's discretion with reasonable notice

5. Use of Services

Services are for personal and authorized use. The User agrees not to use the Platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the rights of others
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interferes with the proper functioning of the service
• Uses automated systems to access the service without permission

6. AI-Powered Services

Sampatti provides AI-powered assistance through various channels including WhatsApp. The User acknowledges that:

• AI responses are for informational purposes and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice
• The AI may occasionally provide incorrect or incomplete information
• Critical financial decisions should be verified with qualified professionals
• We continuously improve our AI to better serve users

7. Open Governance & Transparency

As part of our commitment to Open Governance:

• Our product roadmap is publicly available
• Users can contribute ideas for financial inclusion features
• We regularly publish reports on our impact and progress
• Decisions affecting users are communicated transparently

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, the User's access to Services will be terminated. Users may request export of their data before termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sampatti shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of Services, except as provided by law. The User acknowledges that Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues beyond our control.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Sampatti may change this Agreement at any time by providing notice through email or the Platform. Continued use of Services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the changes. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
